Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Kaavya Jewellery, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for eligible orders across select locations in India. To ensure a smooth shopping experience and minimize fraudulent or unconfirmed orders, the following terms apply.

1. COD Eligibility

  • Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes serviced by our courier partners.
  • COD is available for orders with a maximum order value of ₹2,500.
  • Orders exceeding ₹2,500 must be prepaid using one of our secure online payment methods.

We reserve the right to enable or disable COD for specific locations based on service availability, delivery history, or operational considerations.

2. Order Verification

All COD orders are subject to mandatory verification before dispatch.

To confirm your order, you may be required to:

* Verify your mobile number through an OTP, and/or
* Confirm your order via WhatsApp or SMS.

If we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of placing the order, your COD order may be automatically cancelled.

3. Priority for Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders receive priority processing and are generally dispatched faster than COD orders.

From time to time, we may also offer exclusive discounts, promotional offers, or faster shipping benefits on prepaid purchases.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard delivery policy.

Customers are requested to:

  • Provide an accurate shipping address and contact number.
  • Be available to receive the order during the delivery window.
  • Cooperate with the courier partner if additional delivery information is required.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or inability to contact the customer, the order may be returned to us.

6. Refused or Undelivered COD Orders

If a COD order is refused, remains undelivered due to customer-related reasons, or is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, Kaavya Jewellery reserves the right to:  

  • Cancel the order.
  • Decline future COD requests from the customer.
  • Restrict future purchases to prepaid payment methods only.

Customers who repeatedly place COD orders without accepting delivery may have their COD privileges permanently suspended.

7. Right to Refuse COD

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any COD order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Multiple refused deliveries.
  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information.
  • Excessive return history.
  • Operational or courier service limitations.

8. Policy Updates

This COD Policy may be revised from time to time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall apply to your order.

By placing a Cash on Delivery order with Kaavya Jewellery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this COD Policy.
