Customized Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry is crafted specifically for you. To ensure every detail of your design is perfected, these orders require approximately 10–15 business days from the date of order confirmation before they are shipped.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable to receive your order when our courier partner attempts delivery, you will be notified to arrange a subsequent delivery attempt.

If the package cannot be delivered after the courier's delivery attempts, it will be returned to our fulfillment center. In such cases, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you with reshipping your order. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, depending on the circumstances.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

1. Quality Assurance & Unboxing Requirement

Each order undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.

To be eligible for a claim regarding a damaged, defective, incorrect,
or missing item, customers *must provide a continuous, unedited
unboxing video* that:

* Begins before the sealed package is opened.
* Clearly shows the shipping label and sealed packaging.
* Continues without any cuts or edits until all contents have been removed and inspected.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order,
please contact us within *24 hours of delivery* by providing:

* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the item(s)
* The mandatory unboxing video

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

* A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
* A full refund to your original payment method.

Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you
may request a return within *5 days of delivery*, provided that:

* The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories are included.
* The item shows no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.

Approved change-of-mind returns are eligible for:

* Store Credit, or
* Exchange for another product.

*Cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are not available for change-of-mind returns.*

Store Credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

* Custom-made or personalised jewellery
* Customised Engraved items
* Gift cards
* Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

## 5. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind exchanges or Store Credit requests, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as
Kaavya Jewellery, cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost,
delayed, or damaged during return transit.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Returns may be declined if the item:

• Has been worn or used.
• Is damaged after delivery.
• Is missing original packaging, certificates, tags, or accessories.
• Does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

7. Processing Time

Once your approved return has been received and inspected:

* Store Credit or exchanges will generally be processed within *5–7 business days*.
