Customized Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry is crafted specifically for you. To ensure every detail of your design is perfected, these orders require approximately 10–15 business days from the date of order confirmation before they are shipped.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable to receive your order when our courier partner attempts delivery, you will be notified to arrange a subsequent delivery attempt.

If the package cannot be delivered after the courier's delivery attempts, it will be returned to our fulfillment center. In such cases, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you with reshipping your order. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, depending on the circumstances.

are made exclusively for you, please read the following policy carefully
before placing your order.

By placing an order for custom or lab-grown jewellery, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Made-to-Order Jewellery

All custom and lab-grown diamond jewellery is handcrafted
specifically for each customer based on the selected design, size,
metal, diamond specifications, engraving, and other customization
preferences.

Production begins only after your order has been confirmed and full payment has been received.

As every piece is individually manufactured, production timelines may vary depending on the design and level of customization.

2. Payment Policy

All custom and lab-grown jewellery orders are **100% prepaid**.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any made-to-order, personalized, or custom jewellery.

Orders will only enter production after successful payment confirmation.

3. Order Changes & Cancellation

Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed,
requests to modify or cancel a custom order may not be possible.

Once manufacturing has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer support
team *within 24 hours* of placing your order. While we will make every
effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once
production has started.

4. No Return, Exchange or Refund

As each custom piece is made exclusively for you, all custom and lab-grown jewellery sales are **final**.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect size selected by the customer
* Personal preference after delivery
* Design or customization choices approved by the customer
* Engraved or personalized jewellery

We encourage customers to carefully review all product
specifications, ring sizes, engraving details, and customization options
before completing their purchase.

5. Manufacturing Warranty

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives with a
manufacturing defect or does not match the confirmed order
specifications, please notify us within **48 hours of delivery**.

To initiate a claim, customers must provide:

* Order number
* Clear photographs of the item
* A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Claims submitted without the required unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

6. Resolution of Approved Claims

If our quality inspection confirms a manufacturing defect or an error
on our part, Kaavya Jewellery will, at its sole discretion:

* Repair the jewellery at no additional cost; or
* Replace the item with the correct product if repair is not feasible.

Repairs or replacements are provided only for verified manufacturing
defects or production errors and do not cover damage caused by normal
wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized
repairs, or customer-selected specifications.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details
are accurate before completing their purchase, including but not limited
to:

* Ring size
* Metal selection
* Diamond specifications
* Engraving details
* Shipping information
* Any customization requests

Orders will be manufactured exactly as confirmed during checkout.

8. Natural Characteristics

Lab-grown diamonds possess the same physical, chemical, and optical
properties as mined diamonds. Minor variations in appearance,
craftsmanship, metal finish, gemstone characteristics, or handmade
detailing are natural and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Product images are provided for reference only. Slight variations may
occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or the handcrafted
nature of the jewellery.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for custom or lab-grown jewellery with Kaavya
Jewellery, you confirm that you have reviewed all product specifications
and agree to this Custom & Lab-Grown Jewellery Policy, including
the made-to-order nature of the product, the prepaid payment
requirement, and the no return, no exchange, and no refund policy.
