Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. Change-of-mind returns on silver jewellery: within 5 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for store credit or exchange.

Lab-grown diamond jewellery is made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. It ships in about 10–15 business days. If it arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 48 hours and we will repair or replace it.
